Guest：Very resort feel especially the garden area where we can dip the pool & chill into the night without worrying about other guests. The room & toilet are spacious. What I like most is the outdoor shower! What an experience to be bathing in the open without a care, especially under the scorching sun! Highly recommended!
Guest：I booked this resort because they said the power would be temporarily out at my home. However, shortly after checking in at 2 p.m., the power went out. I waited, hoping it would be back on soon, but there was no response. I went to the front desk to ask, and they said they didn't know when it would be back on. Three hours later, I asked again, and they said it would be back at 7 p.m. What was most infuriating was that the staff had already informed me of the expected power supply time from the power company, but they did nothing about it. If I were a tourist, I would have been even more upset about being stuck for most of the day after check-in, but I was thankful I wasn't visiting for a vacation. The power outage was probably unknown to the resort staff, but we received no compensation or even basic guidance for the inconvenience caused by the interruption in our time at the resort, which was supposed to provide comfortable accommodations. This is deeply regrettable. The male general manager who responded to my complaint was very nice.?But, I will definitely ** not visit again.

After sending several emails well in advance, I finally receive your reply only after we had already checked in yesterday — and even worse, on the second day of our stay. This delay is completely unacceptable and has utterly ruined what was supposed to be a very special celebration: the 40th birthday of my girlfriend. What makes this situation even more shocking is that instead of assisting us on time, you now present me with a paid offer, when the damage has already been done. It is both unprofessional and disrespectful to treat a guest in this manner, especially considering the importance of this occasion and the efforts I made to ensure everything was arranged in advance. As a Diamond Member with four major providers, including Trip.com, I must tell you that this level of service is disgraceful and far below expectations. I did not have a satisfying stay, as your mishandling destroyed the entire plan for my girlfriend’s milestone birthday. I will make sure to share this extremely disappointing experience with the relevant channels and providers. At this stage, I expect proper compensation for the clear failure in service and the complete lack of care shown to such an important request.
